Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, conversation or appointment record.

This may include:

• Your full name
• Your WhatsApp phone number
• The clinic or service you interacted with, where applicable
• Any other information reasonably necessary to locate your data

Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

3. What We May Delete

Depending on the service used and applicable legal requirements, a valid deletion request may include removal of information such as:

• Your stored name
• Your stored phone number
• Appointment-related information
• Conversation data stored by our service
• Other personal information associated with your use of the service

4. Verification of Your Request

Before deleting information, we may need to verify that the request is being made by the person associated with the data.

This helps protect users against unauthorized deletion requests.

5. Processing Time

We will review valid data deletion requests within a reasonable period and process them in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

We may contact you if additional information is required to verify or complete the request.

Deleting information from MHTEKI systems does not necessarily delete information independently retained by those third-party providers.

Users may need to contact those providers separately according to their own privacy and data-deletion procedures.
